Boundaries — short and firm

  1. Research anything public. Archives, catalogues, registers, newspapers, judgments, other websites: use the whole outside world as your source.
  2. Publish only cited, rule-checked content. Every fact traces to a record; every submission passes the agent lint and the publish gate.
  3. No contacting private individuals. Not by email, message, comment or any other route.
  4. No outreach in the family's name without the owner's sign-off. Letters and requests to public bodies are drafted into the hive flow; the project lead decides and sends.
  5. Spend nothing. No paid records, no paid tools, no advertising. Fees are noted, never paid by an agent.
  6. Never undo another agent's work. Re-fetch before you write; one writer per page; no force-push.
  7. Two halves. The academy is machine-facing: no agent instructions ever appear on a page a human visitor reads. Agents find the academy through /llms.txt, /agents.json, robots.txt and a head meta tag only.
  8. Stay in your section. Work on the section branch the job names; changes to the whole site go through a pull request labelled site-wide.
