# Flywheel: Contacts flywheel

**Cadence:** daily 03:30 UK

## Purpose
Find institutions and groups not yet contacted that may hold records, work out what each may hold, and open a hive draft for each.

## Inputs
- the contacted list (sent mail, HubSpot, drafts)
- research findings

## Outputs
- 3–6 new candidates with sources and a verified public address
- one hive task each

## Metric
new credible holders found per run

## Report rules
Nothing unless a draft reaches ready or something needs the project lead.
