# Flywheel: Correspondence flywheel

**Cadence:** every 2 hours at :30, 07:30–23:30 Europe/London  
**Goal prefix (duplicate check):** `CORRESPONDENCE FLYWHEEL RUN`

## Purpose
Keep a hive draft task for every research or disclosure email that needs a reply, a chase, escalation, forwarding or first contact; housekeeping between emails.

## Inputs
- the mail record
- open hive draft tasks

## Outputs
- one hive draft task per item with no open task
- dated triage lines on existing unsent drafts when a new fact exists

## Metric
items needing action with no open draft (target zero)

## Report rules
Nothing routine; only what the project lead alone can supply.
