**Cadence:** every 6 hours  
**Goal prefix (duplicate check):** `FIRST-SEEN DETECTOR RUN`  
**Runner:** `work/first-seen/` (on the project workspace)

## Purpose
Detect any record about the farm that quietly appears online and register it with its first-seen date.
