Sirs/ Ma'am,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and, where applicable, the
Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I request copies of records
relating to the acquisition of the land used for the construction of
Llandough Primary School.

Specifically, I request:

■ The transfer deed, conveyance or other legal instrument by which the
Council acquired the land.

■ The purchase price or consideration paid for the land.

■ If the land was gifted, transferred at nominal value or below market
value, records explaining the basis for that arrangement.

■ Any valuation reports obtained before acquisition.

■ Any agreements, correspondence or meeting minutes between the Council and
BP (or any BP subsidiary, trust or associated company) concerning the
transfer of the land.

■ Any Cabinet, Committee or Council reports authorising the acquisition.

■ Any planning agreements or obligations connected with the transfer.

If any of the requested information is already publicly available, please
provide the relevant links or document references.
