Environmental Information Requests Team,

I am writing to follow up on my request for recorded information concerning
Great House Farm (Ty Mawr), Llandough.
I first emailed Dŵr Cymru on 20 June 2026 (to [email redacted]) requesting
access to any records held relating to water supply accounts, billing
history, and correspondence concerning the property.

I sent a reminder to the same address on 1 August 2026. I have received no
acknowledgement or response to either message.

Please confirm:

Whether my original request has been received and logged.

Whether it is being handled under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004.

When I may expect a substantive response (or a formal refusal if the
information is considered outside the scope of the Regulations).

I would be grateful for a reply within the next 10 working days. If a
different internal reference or contact point is now handling the matter,
please let me know.
