Mission

Reconstruct the Welsh family estate, Williams/Buckler matriarchy, landholding, people, social history and heritage around Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr / Llandough-juxta-Penarth; establish parcel-by-parcel ownership and surviving interests from source records; investigate institutional decisions without presuming wrongdoing; and build a source-led documentary and future heritage programme.

Recursive snowball formula

S(n+1) = S(n) + V + R + G + A + P + B − D − U − W

Verified artifacts; validated relationships; genuinely resolved gaps; actionable leads; approved public outputs; earned support reinvested through approved procurement; less duplicates, unsupported claims and avoidable rework. This is an operational learning metric, not a measure of historical truth.

One coordinated system

HubSpot is the task, relationship and procurement register; GitHub is the versioned source; canonical data has one writer; D1, graph/search indexes and app views are derived; Hive coordinates; Projects is the public portfolio; this Agent Library holds protocols; WebMCP and machine indexes point back to the same source.
