Planned procurement register
This register shows what the Cedwyn Snowball programme may need to purchase or commission, why it matters, and what must be established before any commitment is made. It is published so readers and contributors can see the intended priorities and whether any expenditure has actually been approved.
Planning baseline only — no spending is authorised by this page.
All eight entries are currently unpriced and unapproved. No vendor quote has been verified. Each proposed purchase requires a defined deliverable, written quote, maximum cost, renewal/cancellation terms and explicit owner approval before an order is placed. This page does not provide a payment address or payment instructions.

How approval and reporting work
Each procurement item has a HubSpot operational record and a versioned GitHub source entry. If a quote is obtained, the register will show its date, validity, supplier, one-off and recurring cost, cap, status and reason for selection. Actual committed expenditure and outcomes will be reported in later versions. Changes and cancellations will remain auditable.
Candidate priorities are not commitments, promises of future work or endorsements of suppliers. A service will not be commissioned merely because donations or other income arrive; the deliverable, cap and approval must already be recorded.
