One square per record, in time order, oldest at the top; within each era the squares read left to right, earliest first. The era of the rows in view is named in the line under the board. The last band, Law and remedies, holds the statute and case-law squares. Zoom out to see the whole board; zoom in to read a square; tap it for the full text and its source. The tally counts records, not their weight or reliability. All Theory-marked hypotheses are black, including those favourable to the family. Black is not a finding of fraud, concealment or collusion; white does not by itself determine title.
White squares ·
Contemporary and other sourced records supporting Williams/Buckler occupation, title history, heritage and lineage, trees and land, plus public objections to demolition. A white square records support for an aspect of the case; it is not by itself a legal finding of title.
Black squares ·
Adverse actions and judicial rulings; disputed title-chain steps; missing or unlocated instruments and court records; counter-evidence; and every Theory-marked working hypothesis, including hypotheses that favour the family. A black square identifies an issue for scrutiny, not a finding of fraud, concealment or collusion.

Markings
Theory
The word Theory marks a working hypothesis that has not been established. All Theory-marked squares are black so uncertainty remains visible regardless of which side the hypothesis may favour.
The text inside the squares
Every square carries its own short paragraph, set inside the square. From afar you see the colours; zoom in and each square shows its date and title, then its paragraph and a Read more tab. Read more opens the square's full content: its summary, its sources and every extract placed in it from the free archive edition of the Legal Wiki (version 0.1.0, 2,033 pages) and the public Great House Farm sites. Each extract has a Visit website button that opens the source page at the passage itself where the page allows, and otherwise at the page. Personal details are withheld, and the wording follows the board's house style; the verbatim originals are on the Legal Wiki.
