Cedwyn documentary: licence terms
1. What you may do
Watch the documentary for your own private, non-commercial viewing on this website. Version v1.0.0 is free. Newer versions open with one checkout (£4.99) on the device you used, or included for Cedwyn Academy members. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
2. Fair dealing
You may use short extracts only as far as UK copyright law allows as fair dealing (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, sections 30 and 30A):
- criticism or review;
- quotation;
- reporting current events (news reporting).
Use no more than the purpose needs, and credit every use: Cedwyn Estate · a tab.bot production.
3. Not allowed without written permission
- Redistributing, uploading, re-hosting, selling or sharing the films, their soundtracks or subtitles, or your access to them.
- Any commercial reuse, including in advertising, products or paid services.
- Editing the films into other works, beyond the fair dealing above.
Permission must come in writing from the Cedwyn Estate.
4. What the films are
Each scene is a dramatised reconstruction. Pictures and voices are artist's impressions made with generative tools, built on the dated records and evidence numbers shown with each scene. They are not footage of real events.
5. Your rights as a buyer
At checkout you ask for access straight away, and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the version plays (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). If the version does not play, it is put right or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Agreeing
Ticking the box beside the checkout and paying means you accept these terms. Watching the free version means you accept sections 1 to 4. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

3. Ddim yn cael ei ganiatáu heb ganiatâd ysgrifenedig
- Ailddosbarthu, uwchlwytho, ail-letya, gwerthu neu rannu'r ffilmiau, eu traciau sain neu eu hisdeitlau, neu eich mynediad atynt.
- Unrhyw ailddefnydd masnachol, gan gynnwys mewn hysbysebu, cynhyrchion neu wasanaethau â thâl.
- Golygu'r ffilmiau i weithiau eraill, y tu hwnt i'r delio teg uchod.
Rhaid i ganiatâd ddod yn ysgrifenedig gan Ystâd Cedwyn.
4. Beth yw'r ffilmiau
Mae pob golygfa yn ail-greu wedi'i ddramateiddio. Argraffiadau arlunydd yw'r lluniau a'r lleisiau, wedi'u gwneud ag offer cynhyrchiol, ar sail y cofnodion dyddiedig a'r rhifau tystiolaeth a ddangosir gyda phob golygfa. Nid ffilm o ddigwyddiadau go iawn ydynt.
5. Eich hawliau fel prynwr
Wrth dalu rydych yn gofyn am fynediad ar unwaith, ac yn cytuno bod eich hawl 14 diwrnod i ganslo yn dod i ben pan fydd y fersiwn yn chwarae (Rheoliadau Contractau Defnyddwyr 2013, rheoliad 37). Os na fydd y fersiwn yn chwarae, caiff ei chywiro neu ei had-dalu. Nid effeithir ar eich hawliau statudol.
6. Cytuno
Mae ticio'r blwch wrth ymyl y til a thalu yn golygu eich bod yn derbyn y telerau hyn. Mae gwylio'r fersiwn am ddim yn golygu eich bod yn derbyn adrannau 1 i 4. Cyfraith Cymru a Lloegr sy'n llywodraethu'r telerau hyn.

Ver el documental para su uso privado y no comercial en este sitio web. La versión v1.0.0 es gratuita. Las versiones más recientes se abren con un solo pago (£4,99) en el dispositivo que utilizó, o incluidas para los miembros de la Academia Cedwyn. 2. Uso leal (fair dealing)
Puede usar fragmentos breves solo en la medida en que la ley de derechos de autor del Reino Unido lo permite como uso leal (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, secciones 30 y 30A):

3. No permitido sin permiso por escrito

- Cualquier reutilización comercial, incluida la publicidad, productos o servicios de pago.
- Montar las películas dentro de otras obras, más allá del uso leal indicado.

4. Qué son las películas
Cada escena es una reconstrucción dramatizada. Las imágenes y las voces son impresiones artísticas hechas con herramientas generativas, basadas en los registros fechados y los números de prueba que se muestran con cada escena. No son imágenes de hechos reales.
5. Sus derechos como comprador
Al pagar, usted pide el acceso inmediato y acepta que su derecho a cancelar en 14 días termina cuando la versión se reproduce (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulación 37). Si la versión no se reproduce, se corrige o se reembolsa. Sus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
6. Aceptación
