Forensic capture objective

Identify the documents actually lodged by the first-registration applicant as title evidence and compare them with the later 1969 root recital and 1971 abstract.

Required capture

  • Complete copy and transcription where lawful.
  • All documents named, dates, parties, acreage and plan references.
  • Provenance, custody, and who supplied the record.
  • What it proves, what it cannot prove, contradictions and alternative readings.

A missing or contradictory record is not itself proof of fraud or concealment.
