Related evidenceEV-0250 (the 18 Mar 1992 order)

Quotation (verbatim): 30 Oct 1990: the Stopping-up of Highways (Old Barry Road, Llandough, Penarth) Order, “to enable development of a residential property for which planning permission has been granted”; “a part width of Old Barry Road … for a distance of 25 metres and has a maximum width of 6 metres”. 22 Oct 1991: further notice; inquiry held 5 Nov 1991. 20 Jun 1997: 22 m long, maximum 2 m wide, for “the construction of a bungalow”.

Fits with: The proposal and inquiry behind the 1992 order already on the wiki (EV-0250), and a later 1997 proposal on the same stretch.

Cuts against: These concern a private house on Old Barry Road, not the farm site; context for Welsh Office highway orders in the village only.

Notes: The Welsh Office files ZC 510-5-7-10 and ZC510-5-72-2 fall within a request already pending; add the references when that is chased, not as a new request.
