Shows: The 1975 covenant repeats the 1962 estate wording almost word for word: the benefit of the seller’s land "within a radius of one hundred yards"; the same banned uses ("noisy noxious or offensive trade … public worship … lunatic asylum … public house inn tavern or beer-shop … advertisement"); and the same proviso that the covenant is not "evidence of a building scheme". BP’s 1975 deed was drafted from the Western Ground Rents estate precedent.
Does not show: Shared wording shows continuity of drafting and estate management after BP bought Western Ground Rents in 1969 (EV-0288); it is silent on anyone’s intentions.
