Transcription note: Screen capture of a case-index entry. Transcribed in full, spelling as shown ("possesssion", "PC&R"). The summary wording is the index's own; it is not the judgment's text and does not match the outcome recorded in EV-0080.

Destination

  • Where the original is held: Original: the Casemap online index entry. Our copy: a screen capture held by the family.
  • On this site: this artifact page, listed in the Evidence Register, and cited from the judgment page EV-0080.
  • Image: the copy held is not reproduced here; the transcript stands in for it (third-party copyright).

Interpretation

An index summary of the judgment. Its one-sentence summary does not match the outcome of the appeal as reported in EV-0080; it is kept as an example of how the case is described in secondary indexes.
