Controlling family-case correction — 9 October 2026. The 1877 arrangement taking effect in 1928 is the family’s established title case for the full Parcel A: farmhouse/buildings, barn, stable and west-side yard, garden, north forest and south-east ground later registered as VG41. Parcel B is the separate eastern fields. Mary (Nancy) Williams’s c.1974 statement records the papers going missing in 1950–52 (Mary (Nancy) Williams testimony). [SOURCE PENDING] The 1949 permissive-occupancy attempt failed, and the 4 July 1955 enforcement of Parcel B also seized the Parcel-A north forest and south-east green under “whole farm” wording. A-100 is therefore a scope-and-consequence test of the reported 1955 seizure of the forest/green. The 1939 agreement/plan is already held and depicts Parcel B only. 🕒

Proof standard

A missing record is not treated as proof of its contents. 🕒
