Why it is not ours: Leasehold house sales, not the farm.

Record or assertion tested
Hansard, 7 Dec 1962, Leasehold Bill, cols 1671–72 ( EV-0235 )
Disposition
Out of scope. It is about leasehold house sales on the Llandough Estate, Penarth.
What it does and does not establish
The only Commons debate found (1946–92) that names Llandough land. It does not mention water, the farm or the Bucklers, so it does not support “discussed in Parliament” (per Branwen, voice testimony).
Next step / retained route
None. Retained so the search is not repeated.

From the wiki’s Kissed Frogs source-screening and scope register (version 1.0.2), kept whole: the register on the wiki.

Exclusion means “not this property” or “not in scope”, not that the source is false, and not evidence of wrongdoing by itself.
