Question	Control
Did the record exist?	Identify originating event, series or duty.
Who held it?	Record custodian and successor.
Was it transferred?	Obtain transfer destination, date and accession/reference.
Was it destroyed?	Obtain retention schedule, authority, date and disposal evidence.
Was it duplicated?	Search alternative institutional/private holdings.

No allegation of destruction or concealment should be recorded as established unless the underlying record supports it.

Change history is maintained on the Master Change Log; no separate page-local version footer is maintained.
