How the Two Edit Roles Work

• Family (Administrator): full edit rights. Publishes directly, no approval step, and can approve other people’s pending edits.
• Friends of the Farm / public contributors: can draft and submit pages, but cannot publish directly and cannot approve anyone else’s requests. An admin reviews and approves each edit before it goes live.
• Everyone else: a free account is enough to comment on any page — no request or approval needed for that.
