What it does and does not establish: Nothing on the wiki, the family sites or in correspondence mentions fluoride. Cardiff and the Vale were never fluoridated (Hansard, 23 Mar 1987). The one unopened lead is Wellcome PP/PCB/C/1/47 “Wales” (1972–89).
