What format is it?
Four PDF files: the Evidence Archive (about 27 MB, 2,064 A4 pages) and three phone-sized books (221, 404 and 187 pages). It opens in any PDF reader: Apple Books or Files on iPhone and iPad, Google Drive or any PDF app on Android, and any browser on a computer. The contents and cross-references are clickable and the text is searchable.
How do I get it?
Straight after payment, Stripe returns you to a download page on this site with a button for each of the four books. Bookmark that page to download again later.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe’s secure payment page; card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site. The charge shows on your statement as DATRO CONSORTIUM LTD.
Can I get a refund?
This is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for it to be supplied straight away and agree that the 14-day cancellation period ends once the download is available (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply: if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email info@bucklerfamily.estate and we will replace it or refund you.
The download didn’t work. What now?
On mobile data a large file can take a minute; try again on Wi-Fi. If the download page does not open, email info@bucklerfamily.estate with the email address you paid with and we will send you a working copy.
Will there be updates?
The bundle always carries the newest edition of each of the four books. Editions are numbered in release order (v0.0.1, v0.0.2, v0.0.3 …): £0.00 – v0.0.1, £4.99 – v0.0.2, and each later edition costs £4.99 more.
