The estate and the parcels

The wider estate, its woods and valleys, and the parcels the farm was later divided into each carry several names and numbers. A title number or a plan number is a name for a piece of land, not proof of who held it. Parcels A and B are our labels for the two parts of the farm, used throughout our case.
