Judgment of Hollis J, Queen’s Bench Division, Cardiff

The Court of Appeal recites the judgment of Hollis J in the possession action begun by writ on 22 May 1984, and gave its own judgment in BP Properties Ltd v Buckler [1987] EWCA Civ 2 the following year.
