Shows: Bute’s manorial titles in Glamorgan were being wound down after 1 Jan 1926, when the Law of Property Act 1922 turned copyhold into freehold (EV-0616); in 1938, the year of the sale to Western Ground Rents (deed not examined), Bute’s estate was corresponding with the Ministry about extinguishing manorial incidents.

Does not show: No record yet shows that any part of Great House Farm was copyhold of Llandough manor after 1900.
