Shows: Cardiff paid £5,362 7s for Bute easements over about 2½ miles of sewer route (1904) and completed the conveyance of the pumping-station site and easements in early 1905. This fits EV-0013 being the Western District outfall sewer easements.
Does not show: Until the 23 Feb 1905 deed is copied, its land and terms are not confirmed; an alternative reading is a Leckwith reservoir main.
