Shows: The County Borough of Cardiff that took rights in Feb 1905 became the City corporation in Oct 1905, so the 1905 and 1961 grantee is one body; it appears on the woodland register only as the holder of rights, never as registered proprietor (the registered proprietor of the woodland from 25 Nov 1994 is Forest of Cardiff, a company). The 1989 outline permission was granted by the Vale of Glamorgan Borough Council.

Does not show: Nothing on file shows Cardiff granting, advising or being consulted on the 1989 application; the Vale’s consultation list would settle it.
