Forensic capture objective

Identify the documents actually lodged by the first-registration applicant as title evidence and compare them with the later 1969 root recital and 1971 abstract.

Required capture fields

  • Exact document title, date, parties and reference.
  • Original / copy / certified-copy status.
  • Complete scan or image where lawful, plus transcription.
  • Plan, acreage, parcel and boundary references.
  • Provenance, custody and who supplied it.
  • What it proves, what it cannot prove, contradictions and alternative interpretations.
  • Related evidence IDs and legal significance.

Forensic caution

A missing, incomplete or contradictory record is not itself proof of fraud, concealment or government involvement. Any allegation must be tied to an actor, knowledge, intentional conduct, causation and the applicable legal rule.
