FAMILY EVIDENCE / DOCUMENTED FACT. Execution on 4 July 1955 left the farmhouse and garden undisturbed (High Court review). The family’s established account is that the forest north of the house and the ground south-east of it, later registered as VG41, were taken at the same time (1955 page).

  • The land the officer actually entered and delivered, and any plan or description used.
  • Who attended for WGR and what authority was cited for the forest and green.
  • The reason the house and garden were not taken. Later accounts give a humanitarian explanation, which is not proof that the house was outside the order. 🕒

Interpretation and wider context

UNRESOLVED. Together with the order (E125), this decides whether the taking exceeded the order’s authority. 🕒

Interpretive assessment date: 10-10-2026.

Grouped analysis: Repeated attempts to frame Mary (Nancy) Williams’s Parcel A occupation as permissive.

Related analysis and change record / guest book — 18 October 2026

Linked the execution record to the three-part Parcel A comparison. The authorised order and the land actually entered or delivered are distinct questions and should be mapped separately. See the Three-part Parcel A: chronology, order scope and later title transfers assessment for the cross-parcel chronology, competing explanations and prioritized document list.

Change record: Added this cross-reference and a dated guest-book entry to connect this page to the new three-part Parcel A analysis. This is an editorial synthesis of existing leads, not a newly discovered primary record or a finding of fraud.
