3. What is not known

2. What is known

Catalogue: GHF-E129 · Type: Deed with plan · Date of document: 29 March 1961 · Holder: HM Land Registry (recited on the woodland register WA735527, pink strand) · Evidence status: PLACEHOLDER orderable

DOCUMENTED FACT (recital). A deed between WGR, South Western Brick & Tile and Cardiff City affects land now in the woodland title. It is not a Buckler-family sale and is not treated as one (Forensic Master Chronology).

  • The land and plan: whether it touches the north forest or the south-east green taken in 1955.
  • What WGR said it owned in 1961, six years after the 1955 enforcement.

Interpretation and wider context

UNRESOLVED. A dealing by WGR in 1961 would be the first recorded disposal of land said to have been taken in 1955 (SOURCE PENDING: the 1955 execution record is not yet held).

Related analysis and change record / guest book — 18 October 2026

Added the 1961 deed to the central chronology. Its operative effect and exact land remain unresolved until the full deed, schedules, recitals and plan are obtained and transcribed. See the Three-part Parcel A: chronology, order scope and later title transfers assessment for the cross-parcel chronology, competing explanations and prioritized document list.

Change record: Added this cross-reference and a dated guest-book entry to connect this page to the new three-part Parcel A analysis. This is an editorial synthesis of existing leads, not a newly discovered primary record or a finding of fraud.

High-level Cedwyn Estate theory cross-reference: The 29 March 1961 deed is a key potential link in the Cedwyn Estate / woodland hypothesis because the catalogue associates it with land now in the woodland title. The instrument and plan are still a placeholder/orderable record; until examined and mapped, its existence is a lead, not proof it conveyed family land, affected the 1955 execution footprint, or was coordinated with the 1949 event.
