EV-0115 — Press cutting: Charge against evicted farmer dropped (Barry magistrates court report)

Quotation: “AN ALLEGATION that South Wales farmer Billy Buckler used threatening words and behaviour at his former home last year was withdrawn by the Crown Prosecution Service at Barry magistrates court yesterday.”

Proves: Reports that CPS withdrew, as out of time, an allegation Buckler used threatening words in Llandough on 29 April; Notes pending Great House Farm charges on 3 February.

Does not prove: Does not state findings of fact, describe the behaviour charged, give outcome of 3 February charges, or identify newspaper/date; November demolition date conflicts with other reports.
