Quotation (verbatim): Lakeside and Llandough Development Co Ltd, company number 00648813, incorporated 5 Feb 1960, active.

Fits with: The developer that dealt with WGR over Llandough land in the 1960s still exists and may still hold its own WGR-derived title deeds, which would ordinarily recite WGR’s root.

Cuts against: The company’s land was the school site and Pantycelyn Road, not the farm; a WGR root recital would bear on the chain of title generally, not on the farm directly.

Notes: Any approach to the company is Sion’s decision.
