Related evidenceEV-0133 · HMLR file correspondence with Persimmon, 18–19 Mar 1996

Quotation (verbatim): The village green was regrassed: “It enabled the council to pay contractors working on the nearby Great House Farm housing development to improve the grassed area” (SWE 22 Apr 1995).

Fits with: Dates the housebuilding on the former farm land (1994–95) and explains why Persimmon appears on the HMLR file in March 1996.

Cuts against: Whether Churchview Close is the farm site itself is NOT VERIFIED (EV-0133 calls the site “Llandough Farm”).

Notes: Snippets only.
