Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. Reported: records a family-identified plan image linked to an 1877 Bute–Daniel Thomas & Son agreement, and Mary (Nancy) Williams’s c.1974 statement (Mary (Nancy) Williams testimony) of a Bute transaction separating the farmhouse with a quarrying arrangement.
Does not prove: Does not establish whether the transaction was a sale or quarry lease, its terms, the plan’s legal status, any reverter, or survival of the deed outside family papers.
