Quotation: Note 13, Other income: “Sale of Land — Leckwith Road, Llandough 20,000” (nil in 2005).
Proves: Forest of Cardiff received £20,000 for land at Leckwith Road, Llandough in the year 1 Jul 2005 – 30 Jun 2006, the year of the 2 Dec 2005 transfer to Goldsworthy Homes. Land and buildings at cost were unchanged (£50,475), so the land sold was not on the balance sheet.
Does not prove: Which land was sold (the 2 Dec 2005 transfer and plan are needed); how Forest of Cardiff acquired the woodland in 1994 (its accounts to 31 Mar 1995 show no land capitalised). A summary of Forest of Cardiff’s letter of 25 Sep 2026 gives £25,000 for a sale “about 20 years ago” — not checked against the letter.
