Claims that rely on thisBute Estate — Forensic Assessment, GHF-E173 — Cedwyn / Cwm-Cedwyn: complete reference index

Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. What the records show: Tŷ Mawr is first named in a record in 1824 (David Stewart’s survey, plan 19, EV-0211). The National Library of Wales catalogue files a group of unread Bute leases (D 219) under that name; the heading is the cataloguer’s, not a record of Tŷ Mawr before 1824, and its application is under forensic examination.

Does not prove: Does not establish which specific documents use these names, their dates, archive references, or confirm identification with Great House Farm.
