Terms of use
Template prepared by Cedwyn editors.
- T.1Who runs these sites. The Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr) sites are published by DATRO CONSORTIUM LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 13775817, registered office Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, England, PO8 0BT, for the Williams–Buckler family. By using them you agree to these terms of use. Purchases are also governed by our terms of sale.
- T.2Rights in the content. The content is protected by copyright and database right. Your use of it is governed by our rights and licence terms, which form part of these terms. In short: read, share links and quote fairly with credit; any commercial use needs a licence first.
- T.3Acceptable use. You must not: use the sites unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to them or to any system behind them; introduce malicious code; scrape or bulk-download content except as the licence terms allow; or use the enquiry form to send spam, abuse or unlawful material.
- T.4Nature of the content. The sites present the Family's case and the records it rests on. Nothing on the sites is legal, financial or professional advice. See the disclaimer.
- T.5Availability and changes. We may change, suspend or withdraw any site or content at any time. We do not promise the sites will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- T.6Links. Links to other sites are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content.
- T.7Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the free content of the sites, and for business users our total liability is limited to £100.
- T.8Corrections and complaints. Use the enquiry form. We correct errors of fact and log each correction.
- T.9Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; a consumer keeps the mandatory protections and courts of their home country.
